WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION
Each session begins with a brief consultation to discuss any injuries, medical conditions, or areas of concern. From there, we guide you through a combination of stretching techniques, including:
Static & dynamic stretching – Lengthen muscles and improve mobility.
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) – Target connective tissue to release deep-seated tension.
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) – Engage muscles through assisted contractions and stretches for deeper release.
You’ll lie comfortably on a massage table while we guide your body through these stretches, leaving you feeling lengthened, re-energized, and more mobile.
